Linking Youth Entrepreneurs with
Networks & Knowledge
LYNK, a program based in Northern Manitoba is working to change the culture around youth entrepreneurship and help youth entrepreneurs reach their goals.
We value diversity, inclusiveness and a little bit of hustle.
LYNK is working with youth entrepreneurs (ages 15-29) reach their goals through a number of programs including presentations, workshops and mentor ships.
Our region in Northern Manitoba consists of The Pas, Flin Flon, Cranberry and Snow Lake.
LYNK is supported by Community Futures Greenstone and University College of the North.
WHAT WE DO
LYNK is all about helping youth pursue entrepreneurship. Through a number of activities LYNK can guide new and existing youth entrepreneurs and help them discover their path in our economy. Some of the activities include presentations, workshops, access to webinars, internships and mentorships.
With this initiative, our goal is to promote and create awareness around entrepreneurship. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.
Having access to people's real entrepreneurial experience and stories can have a meaningful impact on a youth entrepreneur. We believe that mentor ships can help infuse knowledge and guidance and give new and existing youth entrepreneurs a real look at the road ahead.
